About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Hartwell, GA. This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a compassionate company that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Support billing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Coordinate with caregivers and management to ensure smooth day-to-day communication
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to quality service
