What You’ll Do

As a Hotel Houseperson, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates smoothly and looks its best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting housekeeping staff by delivering supplies and linens to guest rooms and storage areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and meeting spaces.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with care.
• Supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed.
• Performing light maintenance tasks and reporting any issues to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
