The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting customers through phone and email communication. Working within a small team, this position focuses on efficiently handling order processing, data entry, and providing product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction. While escalated issues are rare, the representative will use general office productivity suites and custom in-house tools to deliver quality service during standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email customer support
