Searching for a Licensed Dental Hygienist to Join Our General Dental Private Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and committed to providing high-quality dental hygiene services. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be promoting oral health, educating patients, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care. Willing to discuss Flexible hours. 1 -4 Days/ Week

Job Description

What You’ll Do:
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments for patients.
• Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and documenting findings.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene practices.
• Screening patients during checkups
• Performing preventive dental care
• Applying fluoride treatments
• Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases

Salary Range

Part-time $50 - $55 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Requirements

• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist

What We’re Looking For:
• Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and anatomy.

Preferences

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• General Dentistry

• Familiarity with infection control procedures in a dental office setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
