Job Title: Application Development Analyst /GIS Applications Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Type: Contract, Onsite

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• 2+ years of experience working with CLEAR (Conservation, Lands, Easements, and Recreation)
• 2+ years of experience working with LITS systems/tools.
• 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• 2+ years of experience using ArcPy for data validation, quality control, and geospatial data analysis.
• 4+ Years of experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Qlik Sense.
• Experience with data reconciliation, data validation, and QA/testing processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Python scripting, ArcPy, and geospatial automation.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, QA/testing, and UAT processes.
• Knowledge of cadastral GIS mapping applications.
