A-Z Office Resource is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Middle Tennessee team!

If you know copiers, printers, MFPs and enjoy solving problems for customers, we'd like to talk with you.

We're especially interested in technicians with experience servicing:

🔧 Sharp

🔧 Kyocera

🔧 Ricoh

🔧 HP and other major manufacturers

What You'll Do

• Install and service copiers, printers and MFPs

• Diagnose mechanical and print-quality issues

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and printing issues

• Configure scanning and network functions

• Perform firmware updates and equipment configuration

• Work directly with customers throughout Middle Tennessee

• Maintain accurate service records

• Help keep our customers' businesses running

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

✅ Experienced and mechanically inclined

✅ A strong troubleshooter

✅ Dependable and self-motivated

✅ Comfortable working independently

✅ Professional and customer-focused

✅ Able to communicate well with customers

✅ Willing to continue learning new technology

Sharp, Kyocera or Ricoh experience is a BIG PLUS.

IT/networking experience is also a plus because today's copiers are much more than copiers — they're networked technology devices.
