About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of communication lines and equipment.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and repair telecommunications infrastructure.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Support experienced linemen in various tasks and projects.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations and repairs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interest in telecommunications and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
  • Prior experience in construction or electrical work is a plus.
