This position works a full-time Monday-Friday schedule, either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
As our Administrative Support Assistant, you ensure the accuracy and organization of our daily operations by collecting and verifying production documentation with careful attention to detail. You enter complete and precise customer information into our CRM to support correct and timely invoicing. You also verify supplier delivery tickets by cross-checking them against invoices or monthly statements to keep our internal records aligned. In addition, you assist with various in-house customer service tasks, helping customers and team members with information that supports smooth communication and dependable service.
