Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Install Tech to spearhead the on-site installation of our premium residential pool safety fencing and cover products. In this role, you will be the face of the company on the job site, transforming residential backyards into safe environments.

Most projects are completed in a single day, offering a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment. While familiarity with hand and power tools is required, complete, specialized training on our specific products and processes will be fully provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership & Execution: Arrive each morning at a newly assigned residential job site, review the custom design plans, and execute the installation from start to finish.

• Precision Craftsmanship: Perform the core installation process, including core-drilling holes into various decking materials and custom-cutting/tailoring safety fencing to perfectly fit unique spaces.

• Tool & Equipment Mastery: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of specialized tools, including core drills, impact hand drills, and angle grinders.

• Client Relations: Be presentable and be prepared to interact with customers. 

• Efficiency & Quality Control: Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure projects are completed to our high-quality standards within the typical one-day timeframe.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong comfort level and experience operating power tools (core drills, grinders, and impact drills preferred).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to read design plans and make precise, on-the-fly measurements and customizations.

• Customer-Facing Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform outdoor physical labor, lift equipment, and work on your feet throughout the day.

• Reliability: Dependable transportation to arrive at different residential job sites daily.
