Equipment Technician I

About Our Role:?

Equipment Technician I role is full-time and on-site 5 days per week in our Houston, Texas office. This role will report directly to the Operations Lead.

What You Will Do:?

  • Prepare orders for outbound shipments in a timely fashion
  • Receive inbound (returned equipment), inspect equipment for issues and perform functional tests
  • Follow packing standards for preparing outbound orders
  • Utilize shipping software to prepare labels and schedule shipments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new equipment and systems through self-directed research, manager-led training and observation
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking questions to build understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document control or knowledge management systems a plus
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Pay

  • $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hours

  • No less than 40 hours per week
  • 9:30 am to 6:00 pm regular schedule Monday โ€“ Friday, with flexibility to stay until 7:00 pm on short notice when required by customer needs
