Position Description
This position is for general field work on our construction projects. Depending on experience and company needs, applicants may be considered for roles such as laborer, concrete finisher, form builder, or equipment operator. Field employees work outdoors as part of a crew to support a variety of tasks that help complete high-quality work safely and on schedule. Duties may include site preparation and cleanup, handling materials, assisting with concrete and formwork, operating or assisting with equipment, and performing other tasks as assigned by the foreman or supervisor.
Position Requirements
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to follow instructions, learn new tasks, and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Willingness to comply with all company safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment
• Willingness to complete any required background checks and drug testing, where permitted by law
Preferred but not required
• Prior construction experience (laborer, concrete, formwork, or equipment operation)
• Valid driver's license; CDL or equipment certifications are a plus
