General Laborer

Job Summary
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks, including but not limited to:
- Lifting and moving materials.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Digging and refilling holes.
- Mowing grass and trimming.
- Operating equipment and assisting with various activities.
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 0-4 years of previous experience.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-4 years of previous experience.
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: No specific additional knowledge, skills, or abilities are required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Uses motor coordination and finger dexterity, including for machine operation, occasionally.
- Required to exert physical effort handling objects weighing less than 30 pounds for most of the workday.
- May occasionally be exposed to occupational risks such as cuts, burns, or exposure to chemicals.
- May occasionally work in environments involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar conditions.
- Normal work setting involves manual labor.
