Sales Arborist / Tree Care Sales Representative (Basic Spanish Required)

Job Description

A&H Tree Service is one of Northern New Jersey's leading tree care companies, providing professional tree removal, pruning, crane-assisted removals, plant health care, and emergency storm services. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in outside sales, enjoys meeting with homeowners and commercial clients, and is confident recommending solutions while building long-term customer relationships. Basic conversational Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. Arborist experience or ISA Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate their tree care needs.
• Inspect properties and recommend appropriate tree care solutions.
• Prepare and present professional estimates using company software.
• Follow up on proposals and close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Coordinate with office staff and production crews to ensure successful project completion.
• Represent A&H Tree Service professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (Required).
• Basic conversational Spanish (Required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout Northern New Jersey.
• Arborist experience, tree industry knowledge, or ISA Certification is preferred but not required.
