The Systems Coordinator will be responsible for support and maintenance of our ERP System. The Systems Coordinator will ensure the accurate, timely and efficient processing of system transactions. The Systems Coordinator will also participate in a variety of systems projects to support the organization and its clients..
The Systems Coordinator will have a home office, but will be required to meet 20+ days per year average in person at the Pasadena CA Headquarters. This time is for quarterly professional development activities and company events. We have fun when we get together!!
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
PST candidates preferred.
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 hourly - Depending on experience.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintains and contributes to steady workflow and productivity of the system of record (Workday).
Maintains organizational changes/structure updates.
Serves as point of contact and support to system users, team members, external partners, and clients.
Assists with performing in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes, and other post-implementation support.
Provides end-user troubleshooting and offers technical assistance in support of system processes.
Assists with identifying areas for process improvement.
Prepares, maintains, and distributes various system reports on an as needed basis.
Conducts system audits of transactions and reports to ensure data integrity, reconciles discrepancies and identifies corrective actions needed to improve data quality.
Assists with initiatives that integrate Workday with other systems and helps define functional requirements with the HR users and vendors.
Participates actively in the Workday Community, proposes and advocates for improvements to the Workday solution, and builds a network of peers to best-practice-share with.
Conducts research and analysis on issues and problems related to specialized functional areas and recommends solutions.
Documents and maintains system processes and end-user guidelines.
Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and data elements.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with proven ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities.
Detail-oriented problem-solver who can work independently but also as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred.
1 year of related training or experience preferred.
