We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager / Service Manager who thrives in the chaos of a busy shift and leads by example — not from the office. If you're passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering unforgettable hospitality, this is your next move.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000
• Bonus Opportunity: $14,000–$20,000
• Total Compensation: $84,000–$90,000
• Training: 8–10 weeks of structured leadership development
• Schedule: 45–50 hours/week
• PTO: 15 days annually
