Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Non-CDL Driver / Mover to join our team. In this role, you will work with a crew to safely move and transport customer belongings while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

No prior moving experience is required. We provide training for candidates who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to load, unload, pack, and protect customer items
• Assist with safely operating 20’–26’ box trucks (for qualified drivers)
• Communicate respectfully with customers on job sites
• Maintain organization and efficiency throughout each move
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent damage or injury
• Support crew leaders and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work local and occasional long-distance moves (including overnight when needed)
