805 Title is hiring an Escrow Officer in Santa Barbara, CA, and we're not looking for someone who "gets by." We want an escrow professional who treats every file like it's the only one that matters, because to the client, it is.
Here's the deal: escrow is stressful. Deadlines slip, documents go missing, buyers panic, and agents call ten times a day. Most companies just survive that chaos.
