Position: Receptionist
Shift: Part-time, Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00/HR DOE

COMPLETELY RENOVATED FACILITY! At Three Rivers Care (a Caldera Care facility), we are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. Responsibilities:- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Greet guests, track sign-in/out logs, issue visitor badges, and enforce facility or health screening rules
- Sort daily mail, receive deliveries, type documents, use a 10-key calculator, and file paperwork
- Help departments with light billing, admissions, or scheduling support as needed
- Minor clerical duties as assigned by Executive Director
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Basic computer literacy, data entry, and familiarity with office machines (copiers, fax)
- Patience, empathy, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful or emotional situations with tact
- Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
