About the Role:

The Cloud Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced virtualization technologies and cloud platforms to support mission-critical applications and services. The engineer will ensure continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines are robust, efficient, and aligned with organizational security requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience working in VMware virtualized environments.
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms (AWS/Google/Azure).
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous integration and continuous testing methodologies.
• 12 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a professional, scientific, or technical services environment.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience automating infrastructure.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Certifications related to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) or security (e.g., CISSP).

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and port virtualized environments to cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain operational consistency.
