Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a part-time, on-site role based in Union City, CA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others, aligned with client and agency goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing content ideas, scripting and filming short-form videos, capturing photo and video assets, and collaborating with designers and editors to produce polished, engaging posts. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, platform features, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills, including short-form video production, basic filming thru phone, and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ability to write clear, engaging social copy tailored to different audiences and brand voices.
• Understanding of social media marketing fundamentals, including audience engagement, posting schedules, and basic analytics.
• Capacity to collaborate with digital marketing, design, and account teams while managing multiple content tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Union City, CA.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred; portfolio or samples of past work are beneficial.
