Overview:
The Store System Digital team is responsible for the Store Experience of 13K stores and growing and includes 7-Eleven's POS, Back Office Store System (7BOSS) and the 7-Eleven Mobile Device (7MD). Our mission is to radically simplify what it takes to own and operate a 7-Eleven while delivering features that maximize store profitability.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and execution of our Store System roadmap. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in program management supporting cross-functional collaboration to drive the success of our solutions.

Digital PM roles/responsibilities

• Be Courageous with Your Point of View
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the team's vision and objectives ensuring alignment with the organizations business goals
• Manage and maintain a budget forecast for a +$15M program
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions for the Store System team ensuring that requirements are well-defined, prioritized and align with business priorities
• Work across Store System agile pods and across digital to ensure work is lined up and delivered on time
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Store System team, encouraging them to optimize process and improve quality
• Play a leadership role for overall program success
• Deliver executive status reports, project updates and dashboards
• E2E planning
  • Work closely with the product and technical team to develop a detailed project plan of all milestones, dependencies, etc. to ensure on-time delivery of product (includes development, operations, hardware, etc.)
  • Work with Cross-functional teams and vendors as additional inputs into the plan
  • Maintain and drive the E2E Plan with the team - driving accountability across all parties to meet deliverables
  • Maintain Dependencies between work streams, other 7-Eleven programs and manage them
  • Re-plan (if needed) as team pivot strategy or when priorities change based on learnings (from tests)
  • Maintain/Update Visual detailed program plan, refresh command center on a regular basis
• Communication
  • Ensure product, tech & UX teams are on track and meeting needs, escalate as needed
  • Work with product and technical leads and report on release plan progress
  • Manage ongoing status reports
• Resource planning : Work with product and Tech leaders, Maintain the resource plan
• Risks/Issue Management - Build/Maintain Risk/issue logs specifically for product development

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management or related roles

Education/Certifications

• Bachelors/4 year degree minimum, Masters degree is a plus.
• Advanced Scrum Master Certified
• PMP certification is a plus
