About the Role:
Join 7FOODMART as a Taquero in Naples, FL, where you'll craft authentic, mouth-watering tacos that delight our customers. We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and share our love for delicious food.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican tacos using fresh ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu development and contribute innovative taco recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Stay updated on food trends and incorporate them into offerings.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Taquero or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Food handlers certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to quality and presentation.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
