• Data Accuracy: Maintain electronic records and databases with precision and attention to detail.
• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch support through email, chat, or virtual platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Support team communication using collaboration tools.
• IT Assistance: Perform basic IT tasks as required.
• Adaptability: Each contract we manage comes with specific responsibilities tailored to the job, so flexibility is key!
