We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Butcher to join our supermarket team. If you have experience cutting, trimming, and preparing fresh meats while providing excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you!

• Cut, trim, grind, and prepare meat products according to company standards.
• Prepare attractive meat displays and keep cases fully stocked.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist customers with meat selections and special requests.
• Operate meat cutting equipment safely.
• Receive and stock deliveries as needed.
• Work as part of the Meat Department team to provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
• Previous butcher or meat cutter experience required.
• Knowledge of beef, pork, poultry, and other meat cuts.
• Ability to safely operate meat cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
