ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY -- LABOR & EMPLOYMENT Locations: Los Angeles, CA HYBRID Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm , is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice . This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly experienced team handling complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims.

Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required. FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as whistleblower matters, is preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently Soft skills: Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service Key Responsibilities Represent clients in l abor and employment litigation matters Draft motions , briefs , memoranda , and other litigation filings Participate in discovery , including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responses Conduct legal research on wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims, and related statutory frameworks Assist with case strategy , risk assessment , and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneys Support clients across a range of industries on complex employment-related litigation matters Why Join Us?
