Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, conducting site assessments, and presenting tailored solutions for a range of facility services. This role requires regular travel to client sites across Florida so candidates must be comfortable being on the road frequently.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
- Promote and sell a full suite of services, including:
- High-rise and low-rise window cleaning
- Caulking and sealing windows and joints
- Pressure washing building exteriors, walkways, and structures
- Leak detection and minor exterior repair
- Commercial janitorial services
- Travel regularly to conduct on-site inspections and build client relationships
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay current on industry trends, safety regulations, and service innovations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, construction, or property maintenance
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn about building exterior systems and janitorial services
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
