Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
• Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community
• Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Education/Licenses:

• Current State of Montana Pharmacist License (Required)
