We're partnering with a leading enterprise brand on an ongoing search for a Senior Java Developer to join a fast-moving, agile consulting team. This is a senior-level hands-on development role where you'll contribute directly to modern, cloud-native systems that deliver real business value.
This role is 100% remote (with a preference for Atlanta-based candidates) and offers the opportunity to work with a premier, mission-driven organization via our consulting practice.
Tech Environment

• Java (Spring Boot preferred)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable writing, testing, and owning your code
  
• Experience across startups and/or enterprise environments
  
• Deep familiarity with Agile development practices

Responsibilities

• First 30-90 days: 70-90% coding, contributing to the codebase and product delivery
  
• Long-term: 100% development-focused
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert on modern Java development, architecture, and tooling
  

Milestones

• 30 Days: Embedded in the team and actively contributing
  
• 90 Days: Driving delivery of initial projects
  
• 1 Year: Fully ramped and continuing to deliver value across initiatives
