Job description

Are you a motivated, people-focused professional with a passion for wellness and sales? Join 3C, LLC, a leader in hemp-derived products, as a Field Sales & Marketing Representative-Nashville, TN. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-growing industry while helping expand the reach of the 3C brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales: Support distributor partners and identify new sales opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to key accounts and retail partners.
  • Support Marketing: Execute promotions, in-store demos (8–10/month), and merchandising best practices.
  • Educate: Train store staff and customers on our products through events, demos, and trade shows.
  • Track & Report: Monitor sales, inventory, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years in retail or field sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and travel regularly
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Passion for hemp and wellness is a plus!
