Join our vibrant team at 360 Rooftop Bar, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. As a Sous Chef, you will assist in menu planning and execution, ensuring high-quality food preparation while supervising our dedicated kitchen staff. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your culinary skills in a dynamic rooftop bar setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Assist the Chef in developing and executing innovative menus that delight our guests.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation processes and maintain high standards of kitchen practices.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and hospitality.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
