We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Position Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing the mechanical design, technical support, and hands-on product development for a variety of custom-engineered pressure vessels and related equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills who can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring each meets quality, and timeline goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical system designs and present solutions to internal teams and external customers based on engineering principles and project requirements.
• Lead and support multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to support product development and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Assist the Sales team in technical concept development, proposal preparation.
• Analyze client specifications and translate them into practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed engineering documentation including reports, calculations, drawings, and presentations.
• Perform hands-on inspection of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant documentation requirements, including proper material segregation, MTR traceability, and quality control protocols.
• Assemble and test products in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role involving pressure vessels or industrial equipment strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with CAD or engineering software is a plus.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
