Position Summary
The Lane Cook is responsible for preparing and assembling menu items accurately and efficiently during service. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to Tito’s recipes and portion standards
Operate assigned station (grill, fryer, sauté, expo, etc.)
Maintain speed and accuracy during busy shifts
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
Communicate clearly with kitchen team and management
Assist with prep and closing duties
Qualifications
1+ year of kitchen experience preferred
Experience in high-volume restaurant environment is a plus
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
