Role Description – Senior Territory Manager: The Senior Territory Manager is a full‐time, on‐site role responsible for driving sales growth and market development for all commercial 3-D Matrix products within an assigned territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and key decision makers, and executing strategic territory plans. The Senior Territory Manager will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, support clinical and research customers with product education, and gather market feedback to inform commercial strategy. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting territory performance, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular on‐site visits to customers, attendance at relevant conferences and events, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. The position reports to the Mid‐Atlantic Regional sales manager. Candidates should be self‐motivated, results‐driven, and must be located within the territory. Area of Responsibility: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, North Jersey, Westchester, Southern CT Your responsibilities include: Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals by developing new business and expanding existing business Participation in local, regional, and national courses and conferences as needed Ability to operate independently in a field‐based role, set priorities, and manage a portfolio of high value relationships and opportunities Completing required documentation in a timely manner including maintaining sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, intake forms, etc. Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 4 years of customer‐facing sales experience in the medical device industry (GI or ENT preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience navigating hospital and ASC purchasing channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
