3 Arts Sports, a division of 3 Arts Entertainment, has an immediate opening for a Beverly Hills-based Assistant to support the full Sports team. The Assistant will help manage a busy and fast-paced team across the department, with duties including general administrative tasks, scheduling, rolling calls, coordinating travel and meetings, maintaining materials, and interacting with clients, partners, and their representatives.

Previous experience at a mainstream agency, management company, sports agency, or related entertainment/sports environment is preferred. We are seeking someone interested in growing a career within sports and talent management who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting athletes, sports personalities, and the broader sports business. In addition to multitasking and communicating effectively with a variety of people, successful assistants are proactive, results-oriented, and able to work strategically in support of multiple team members.

Qualifications:

4-year college degree

Demonstrated interest in sports, entertainment, and talent management

Outstanding communication and organizational skills

1+ years of agency, management, sports, or entertainment experience preferred
