    Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (Hybrid)
    We are representing a multi-discipline full service MEP Engineering and Architecture Firm with an electrical engineer for their growing Detroit team
    Responsibilities:
    Taking a lead role in overseeing electrical engineering efforts on projects
    Designing systems related to electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarms, controls, and low-voltage infrastructure
    Defining project-specific electrical scopes in coordination with client goals
    Working cross-functionally with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical elements in overall building design
    Producing technical reports and participating in presentations to communicate engineering concepts
    Explaining complex technical ideas in an accessible way for both technical and non-technical audiences
    Mentoring and providing quality checks for junior team members' work
    Writing and reviewing technical specifications
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
    Current PE license in the U.S.
    15+ years of experience within the architecture/engineering field
    Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
    Proficient in Revit
    Experience with lighting analysis tools such as AGi32 or Visual Lighting
    Exposure to power system analysis software is advantageous
