This full-time position emphasizes your ability to design automation solutions and develop scalable code while participating in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC). You will engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring transparency and effective documentation throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective RPA solutions using UiPath
- Write scalable, efficient code for new applications
- Lead and actively participate in the entire SDLC
- Develop algorithms tailored to specific automation needs
- Collaborate with business users for clear requirement gathering
- At least 5 years of RPA development experience
- Proficient in UiPath and automation best practices
- Solid experience across all phases of the SDLC
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- UiPath Certification is preferred
