As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish inventory as needed.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Help prevent inventory loss through awareness and adherence to company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.

Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred:

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Experience operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
