Role Description This is a full-time or part- time, on-site Security Guard role based in DFW, TX. The Security Guard will monitor assigned premises, conduct regular patrols, and observe activities to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks. Responsibilities include controlling entry and exit points, verifying identification as required, and enforcing site-specific policies in a professional manner. The Security Guard will document incidents, complete reports, and promptly notify appropriate contacts or emergency services when necessary. The role also involves engaging with visitors, employees, and clients, responding to inquiries, and providing directions or assistance while maintaining a calm, helpful, and safety-focused presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, de-escalate situations, and interact respectfully with diverse individuals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security to conduct patrols, manage access points, and identify potential safety hazards on-site.
• Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Personnel Security and Private Security to handle sensitive information appropriately and support the protection of people and property according to established procedures.
• Candidates should possess reliable observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior security or law enforcement experience, familiarity with basic incident reporting, ability to stand or walk for extended periods, and availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; valid security-related certifications or licenses (as required by Texas regulations) are a plus.
