PositionOverview

The Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to both prospective and existing customers throughout the full customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage technical relationships, ensure customer success, and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.

This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, consultative skills, and commercial awareness in the video streaming, OTT, or Pay TV industry. The role is US-based with responsibility across the full Americas region.

KeyResponsibilities Pre-Sales&SolutionConsulting

• SupporttheSalesteamduringdiscovery,qualification,andproposalstagesacrosstheAmericas.
• Leadtechnicalpresentations,productdemonstrations,andsolutionworkshops.
• Analyzecustomerrequirementsanddesignsolutionsleveraging24i’sproductsandservices.
• Buildstrongtrustedrelationshipswithtechnicalstakeholdersonthecustomerside.
• CollaboratewithProductandEngineeringteamstoscopeintegrationsandcustomdevelopments.

CustomerManagement

• Serveastheprimarytechnicalpointofcontactforassignedaccountspost-sale.
• SupportcustomeronboardingandinitialimplementationincoordinationwithDeliveryteams.
• Provideongoingtechnicalguidanceandsolutionoptimizationrecommendations.
• Proactivelyidentifygrowthopportunitieswithinexistingaccounts.
• Facilitateissueresolutionworkingacrossinternalteams.

InternalCollaboration

• ProvidefeedbacktoProductManagementoncustomerneedsandmarkettrends.
• Contributetoproductpositioning,RFPresponses,andcommercialproposals.
• Documentandsharebestpractices,deploymentmodels,andsolutionarchitectures.

Qualifications&Experience

• 5+yearsofexperienceinaSalesEngineer,SolutionsArchitect,orsimilarrole.
• Solidunderstandingofvideostreamingtechnologies,OTTworkflows,andPayTVecosystems.
• Familiarity with technologies such as: Video encoding, DRM, CMS, CDN, ABR (HLS/DASH), SSAI/CSAI, metadata management, content syndication.
• Experienceworkingwithcross-platformstreaming(Web,iOS,Android,SmartTVs,Roku,AppleTV,FireTV,etc.).
• ComfortableworkingwithAPIdocumentation,integrationprocesses,andtechnicaltroubleshooting.
• Abilitytoengagebothtechnicalandnon-technicalaudienceseffectively.
• Strongcustomerrelationshipmanagementandproblem-solvingskills.
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,andorganizationalabilities.
• ExperienceworkinginaninternationalSaaSorvideotechnologycompanyisaplus.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
• FluencyinEnglishrequired;Spanishand/orPortugueseareastrongplusforcoverageacrossLATAM.
