Note

• Attend 4–6 weeks of paid training.
• Selected candidates must be able to travel to downtown Columbus, OH and/or Reynoldsburg, OH for training and work.
• Parking is not provided at the Columbus location.

Responsibilities

• Examine, review, verify, and process claims.
• Collect background information to determine claim validity.
• Ensure compliance with Unclaimed Fund Laws.
• Correspond with claimants and reporting agents.
• Analyze reports and forms submitted with claims.
• Process complex claims requiring in-depth research.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming claimants.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Completion of undergraduate core coursework in accounting.
• 2 years of recent accounting experience.
• Completion of undergraduate core coursework in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, including 16 semester hours or 24 quarter hours in accounting.
• Equivalent combination of education and qualifications meeting the stated minimum requirements.
