Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. If you have a background in security operations and possess strong conflict management skills, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.- Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.- Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.- Assist in training security staff on security best practices.Qualifications:-Experience working in security.- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.- Strong conflict management skills are essential.- Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.We are currently hiring unarmed security officers to work part-time schedules between 20-29 hours per week. If you are committed to maintaining safety, possess the required skills, and have a passion for security operations, we encourage you to apply for this important role.PISGS# 201121001938This position requires a BCI/FBI background check conducted and you must pass and be issued a Guard card with the State of Ohio.
