We have an immediate need for Managers in Windsor, Ontario.

We offer Part time and Full time Management positions.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years food service experience in a management role is mandatory
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proven leadership ability
• Computer proficiency
• Able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment

Hospitality

• Leads by example to demonstrate and reinforce with employees that the customer is the top priority
• Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Responds to special customer requests in a friendly manner
• Responds to customer service complaints, resolving problems and turning negative situations into positive situations
• Assists in ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times and fills in as required for various areas during busy periods to maintain optimal customer service levels

People

• Assists in the hiring and orientation process for new employees
• Ensures all new employees are fully trained in accordance with company standards
• Supervises and manages performance of Storefront Employees, Production Employees, and Shift Supervisors to ensure all job duties and behaviors are aligned with store policies, and takes corrective action when necessary
• Motivates employees to meet goals and objectives, and provides guidance and assistance as required

Operations

• Assists in maintaining a productive and safe work environment in accordance with all Tim Hortons operating, food safety, security, health and safety, and employment standards and applicable legislation
• Assists the Store Owner and Store Manager in maintaining optimal inventory levels and proper yields from all products
• Responsible for daily cash procedures and financial reporting
• Assists with the preparation of the production sheet for bakery and donut items
• Performs regular property walk-throughs and ensures all standards are being met
• Monitors for, responds to and corrects unsafe acts and conditions, escalating the issues where necessary
• Monitors information sources to keep current with new information
• Other duties as required
