Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity Content Architect plays a critical role in supporting and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, strong market position, customer growth & conversion, and customer loyalty through various channels and partnerships to support the overall short-and long-term goals of the business.

This role will support the Marketing Manager Lead, Director and/or Senior Director in achieving strategic priorities and initiatives to promote Ally’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

The Work Itself

• Execute and help develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and growth in support of overall strategic priorities.
• Utilize market research data and customer insights to identify target audiences and needs; tailor campaigns to identified demographics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support existing and future products and services targeting current and potential customers.
• This could include product launches, promotions, sponsorships, events, advertisements via various media channels, and organic or paid social media.
• Manage marketing and advertising efforts across various channels, potentially with multiple product lines or functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, advertising agencies, and vendors to maximize exposure and reach.
• Work on complex and ambiguous projects and situations with general oversight from leadership.
• Adhere to established marketing budget and ensure all initiatives track toward ROI goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Emphasis in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Strong organization and skills to effectively work with a variety of teammates and partners across the enterprise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex marketing processes.
• Experience managing/communicating with media and marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the potential to manage a team.
• Collaborative working style to interface with multiple internal and external business partners.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
