What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Leo's, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers

- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Upholding our commitment to outstanding customer care in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
