Job Description We are seeking a creative and ambitious Marketing Specialist to accelerate our business expansion in North America. The role will drive revenue growth through customer‐centric brand, demand‐generation, and account‐based marketing. How You'll Make an Impact Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive cross‐channel marketing plan for the NORAM region, driving revenue growth and brand awareness. Co‐create and execute region‐specific marketing campaigns, emphasizing diversified ABM execution (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to engage and nurture key accounts. Contribute to innovative marketing strategies, exploring new approaches and supporting experimentation. Execute initiatives tailored for valued clients, such as showcasing success stories, partnership announcements, and case studies. Develop personalized sales assets based on regional insights, ensuring alignment with product propositions and key account needs. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing regional events and field marketing activities. Measure impact and ROI of marketing activities using Looker, Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics, turning insights into actionable strategies. Stay informed about regional market dynamics to align marketing efforts with global strategies and local preferences. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance the company's brand presence. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of strategic B2B marketing experience focused on account‐based marketing. Experience in payments, fintech, or related industries a plus. Demonstrated use of various marketing channels, including events, social media, content, PR, and email marketing. Proactive problem‐solving and autonomy, with a solution‐oriented approach. Project management skills, setting priorities, and supporting cross‐functional teams. Data‐driven mindset with experience using marketing technology tools for performance tracking and ROI analysis. Ability to explore innovative strategies and support new ideas. Compensation Base pay range: $95,300.00 – $112,100.00. 401k plan offered.
