The University Roadhouse has been a Campus & Kalamazoo landmark for many decades. A gathering place serving contemporary American dishes with an ever-present eye for quality, creativity, affordability and FUN. Real food prepared from scratch using high quality fresh ingredients, by real people that care about how the food is prepared and presented. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing strong teams while delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, employees feel supported, and operational excellence is the standard.
