Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting our customers and daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Enter and manage customer quotes and sales orders accurately
• Process and prioritize incoming orders
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and updates
• Assist with RMA processing and reporting
• Partner with operations to ensure timely shipments
• Work with finance to resolve account and credit hold issues
• Support process documentation and ISO compliance activities

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
