New Job Search Features from Google and ZipRecruiter Partnership

Earlier this year, ZipRecruiter partnered with Google on a new job search feature that connects employers to the right candidates more efficiently than ever before. The partnership combines our broad reach and matching technology with the power of the world’s top search engine. Now, Google has expanded the functionality of this search feature in new, impactful ways.

Job seekers who find jobs posted on ZipRecruiter through Google search will now have access to salary information for open jobs, improved location settings, job application choices, and the ability to save their job search.

Here are the details:

  • Precise location
Google’s new location filter will now enable job seekers to search for jobs from 2 miles up to 200 miles from their location, or anywhere they are.
  • Application options
Rather than searching for a job through multiple job sites, Google now ranks those sites and selects only one job to display.
  • Save function (coming soon!)
This new function allows job seekers to save, revisit, and apply from any device with one tap.

The new functionalities will help job seekers find employment with efficiency and ease. We are pleased to continue our collaboration with Google, furthering our shared commitment to helping connect the right people to the right opportunities.
