Get candidates faster – use a generic job title

Want candidates faster? Think about whether you’re using language in the job title that  all candidates  will understand.

Two companies posted effectively the same role on ZipRecruiter, but chose very different job titles.  Here’s the candidate count for each:

Senior Advertising Products Analyst   — (6  candidates)

Marketing Pro(33 candidates)

By creating a short online interview through ZipRecruiter, high applicant volume becomes a positive. Make sure you’re casting the widest net possible.
