Job description

Calyx Living is actively seeking Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in beautiful North Durham off the Eno River and just minutes from Duke University, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham's vibrant entertainment district. Calyx is looking to hire a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech who will support the supervision of care staff while being responsible for the administration of medications and supporting the Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to our seniors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing assistance to residents on a daily basis, supervising staff, keeping an updated work schedule as call outs/changes occur, assure training is up to date and follow established safety precautions. Qualifications 21 years of age or olderPrior experience as a Supervisor in ChargePrior experience with seniors strongly preferredActive North Carolina MT Certification requiredActive CPR Certification requiredMust be available to work weekends and holidaysIf you have been prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living, are North Carolina MedTech-certified, CPR-certified and are 21 years of age or older, apply today!
